The Secret to Life Program

STEP ONE: SIMPLIFY

This is the easiest step. Throw away all the crap on your table and in your desk drawer that you think will help you. It's all junk that society puts out there to make you think you're doing something good for youself. Throw it all away. Start with nothing and you can have everything. Lug around your projects and you'll be chained to them for life.

Pick up a program on How to Simplify Your Life, execute on the tasks involved then go to Step 2.

STEP TWO: ORGANIZE

You know what you should and shouldn't be eating. You know that you should be spending more time with your family and less surfing the web. You also know that you should be exercising 30 minutes a day and have at least 20 minutes of uninterupted quiet time every day. You know these things, but you don't act on them because either you have poor time management skills or you simply don't have a very good plan.

Here's the secret of life answer to organization: blend your "must do's" with "want to do's". For example, dancing is a form of exercise (when was the last time you went dancing?). Here's another one: spending time with your family is easy if you team up on projects like your financial plan and bill paying. You can even buy board games that teach you how be wealthy while you're rolling dice with your loved ones.

It's okay to write your organizational plan down and reference it the first month or two. However, this is your life plan so I encourage you to build and enhance your daily activities in your mind as it will make you stronger as a person. What they used to call "character" in the old days.

Navigate to the links on the left (still in progress) to download the secrets of health, wealth, relationships and more. These tools are all free and may help liberate you from the hell you've been in for all these years.

STEP THREE: EXECUTE

Taking that first step out the door is the hardest thing in life. You'll need some motivational queues to remind you how to say "no" to crap that will consume your time. Once you've found them, start your journey and enjoy your life.

No matter where your starting point: just out of prison, handicap for life, a hundred thousand dollars in debt, or cheating on and divorced by a psycho spouse, you CAN start over and you CAN be happy. Happiness is a state of mind. Imagine you just won the lottery..........your attitude just changed didn't it? Think about it.
